Down. Up. Repeat.

Starting every 15 minutes, runners will go half a mile down the hill, touch the bridge at the bottom, and come back up to the aid station. Those who make it back within the 15 minutes get to start again. Those who don’t are out. Last one to complete at least 1 more rep than anyone else wins.

The Hill

Ibsen is one of many hills inside of Prince William Forest Park. Right off of Highway 234 near Montclair, VA, Ibsen is a popular entry/exit point for the park. You go down the hill. You go up the hill. Make it back in 15 minutes to earn the privilege of starting again. Stop when you’re done. Not when you think you’re done.
